1) My greatest strength(s) as a team member are: I was the group leader for Group 7. Initially, I was nervous about how to properly deligate a group project virtually. I feel that I have great active listening skills which helped me be a good leader; I am very flexible, reliable and responsible. From the start, I encouraged everyone to stay on schedule throughout the project. I listened to everyone’s ideas, encouraged people to weigh in on which cases we would work on, divided up the work and helped the pair start their research when they fell behind.
